Xenical is a weight reducing medicine. It is meant to treat people who have a problem of being overweight. There is a group of medicine named Lipase Inhibitors available. Xenical belongs to this specific group.

These medicines target the fat of human body, which is dietary. It helps to reduce them without harming the appetite. Dietary fats are actually some large molecules. These large molecules are required to be broken down before the body takes them in. The enzyme called Lipases helps them to break down. This enzyme also takes a very important stand in the absorption of this kind of dietary fat.

Xenical is normally taken with meals. This medicine cuts down the activity of Lipase unto some extent. It makes 30% of the meal go undigested. So, the body cannot store the extra calories. It will also help you to burn out those excess fat of your body.

One basic thing that you should remember before taking Xenical is that you must take it with a proper exercise regime and proper diet meal. The diet must contain fairly balanced calories.

Always take this after consulting with your doctor. Do not ever try to take it by your own. If not suited to your physical needs the after effect can be dangerous.

There are some appropriate times of taking this medicine. Do not take it, if you are allergic to this or any ingredients of this medicine. Do not think of this medicine if you have any of this below mentioned problems.
