From a business point of view, there is more money making opportunities to be found for narrow niches, hobbies and interests, than there are for board niches, and over worked niches. Meaning, there is a larger profit to be found from things you love doing. All you have to do is find the one that best suited to you, and lets face it, finding things you're interested in isn't going to be that hard.
