Can dreams be fulfilled? Can a fantasy or wish be developed into something tangible, manifest into something real that you can live?

See, feel and know that the answer is an overwhelming YES!

You may just be asking yourself "Why and more importantly how can it be so?"

It goes back to the workings of the human mind. The programming of your thoughts and belief patterns. The past experiences and emotions stored in your subconscious.

When we sleep our conscious mind shuts down. It takes the opportunity to rest and revitalize. While this is happening another part of your mind has to continue functioning. Making sure that you keep breathing, that your heart keeps pumping blood around your body and that your vital organs keep functioning as you need them to be.

And as we sleep, sometimes we dream.

So where are these dreams coming from? These images and thought patterns that at times can be so vivid and real?

They are random thoughts, the mind processing and answering questions or solving problems you have come up against in your past experiences. It is the workings of your subconscious without the interference of the conscious mind.

So what you call dreams is your subconscious working on a way to fulfill your deep seated desires.

Let's think about that for a moment...I mean, isn't that cool!

Ninety percent of any problem or difficulty has been overcome already. If your subconscious is working on a dream for you, it means it believes that you can achieve that dream.

Psychologists, life coaches and performance therapists will tell you that the reason you cannot achieve a goal or desire is because of a subconscious blockage known as an entrenched self-belief or negative thought pattern or cycle that impedes your progress.

So if you're having such positive dreams you should feel encouraged and cultivate those thought patterns to a positive outcome.

But if you are not seeing such positive images either during dreams or in your daily thoughts, there are ways to retrain your subconscious and get it working for you again.

Meditation, affirmations and visualizations are a few methods of implanting positive thought patterns into your subconscious.

And if they are implanted with a genuine true belief that it is possible to achieve, if you are aware and take action on the signs that compliment those thoughts...Yes, your dreams can come true!
