If you wish to give your eyes that mysterious look, take a look at these simple tips. Eyeliners can be put on in many ways but the simplest hint is not to use it in an obvious manner. Rather, they ought to blend in with your lashes to provide a look that is naturally fabulous. A few easy tips that will help you to get this effect are as follows.
When you are drawing a line, never start it from the corner of your eyes. Try starting the line from the midpoint. This is especially relevant for your top lid and will help you to get a more natural, stunning look.
Merging the line with the lashes is also the perfect way of doing it. The line must be made in the opposite direction with the eyelid held steadily shut if possible. The strokes that you make must be short so that it becomes simpler to draw them and remember to stop after completing two thirds of the eyes. If you want to give your eyes a dramatic look, then you should make the outer line thicker. This tip works well on a naked eyelid when you have not applied any eye shadow or even waterproof mascara.
Another tip is to apply the eyeliner with an eye shadow. This not only prevents smudging, but it also gives a more natural look. Just put the applicator into the eye shadow and put it over the dry liner.
Unless you are born with naturally dark looks, steer clear of liners that are very thick. The shade of your liner must be as close as possible to the color of your eyelashes. A color that is lighter than that of kohl always works well.
An eyeliner could be perfectly applied to give you the sultry smoky effect. Draw a few lines near your lashes and then wipe them softly with some cotton. Remember, if you want this look, your lines must be on the inner lid.
Whatever the effect you are trying to get, don't forget to use a clean and soft applicator. Also, remember to get rid of your eyeliners after every six months, as excessive usage may result in contamination and infections, particularly if you have sensitive eyes. In case you feel consistent irritation, you can go for a different eyeliner brand.
