1. Fat cells regulate metabolic functions

2. Fat cells in the tummy release large amounts of fatty acids which wreak havoc on a person's blood sugar and insulin metabolism

3. High fat deposits in the belly=excess fat deposits in the liver

4. Excess fat deposits in the liver interferes with its ability to remove insulin from the bloodstream

5. As your blood sugar rises after a eating and/or drinking, the pancreas' job is to release enough insulin to keep the blood sugar from rising too high

6. When your cells cannot respond to insulin properly, you are what is called "insulin resistant," meaning your blood sugar rises too high, your pancreas produces and releases an overdose of insulin.

7. As blood sugar rises too high, the sugar clings to the cells. Once there, it cannot leave the cells and eventually converts into a poison called sorbitol.

8. Sorbitol destroys cells, damages nerves, arteries and other body tissue

9. High level of insulin acts on the brain in a way that make you eat more

10. High level of Insulin damages the arteries which can lead to heart attacks.

Prevention of tummy fats:

1. Lye down on a flat surface and lift both your legs and start doing cycling upwards. You will get little pain in your thighs and this exercise helps you to, reduce your tummy fat as well as thighs.
2. Lye down on the floor near your cot and put both the legs on the cot and lift your head up and touch your knees with your forehead. The hands should be left free without holding anything. This is one of the fastest methods to reduce the tummy fat.
