As you are preparing for your exams there is a lot of advice proffered on the best way in which to study, what sections to study more thoroughly than others, and so on. I cannot stress too much the importance of really visualizing yourself as you want to be, as opposed to how you do not want to be.

Where there is a conflict between your will power and your imagination your imagination wins. Whatever you imagine you can create. A picture is very definitely worth a thousand words. Thus you can learn to use your imagination to create a relaxed state during the period before your exams and also whilst in the examination room itself.
