Manifestations of humor are limitless. As we progress in life we go on experiencing encounters of the humor kind. And, sometimes we get forced into it for no fault of ours, but for seemingly good reasons.
First and foremost it's your teacher. Natural instinct in the classroom is to keep somber silent and ever obedient. But some teachers are very witty or acceptably so. They take a cue from anything and begin cracking jokes howling out with laughter. It's of paramount interest that you demonstrate your facial contortions in a bid to support them. It's on no interest at all if you are really amused or not. How would you dare incur your jolly teacher's wrathful vengeance!
Keep your boss in good humor-an old saying tells you. If your efforts fail to contort the superego's visage just be wise to always support him or her in hours of humor. Nothing wrong in that. After all, you are getting a boss who prefers to have a go with humor. Whenever your boss delivers a one liner or a joke or what s/he considers to be a funny experience burst out laughing and give the support as is expected of you. Again, it's immaterial if you are really in splits or not. Just remember, do not overdo it. Why would you hurt your boss and get a bad remark in your confidential report that may block your promotions.
If your boss is a seasoned politician it's always politically correct to support him out in times of humor. Who knows, your timely guffaws may stand you in good stead in creating a leader in you!
Your boss could also be a film or music director or producer. Same applies here too. Why should you hamper your chances of getting a break in the near future!
Depending on circumstances your spouse might very well be your boss too. So, it's crucial you bear with him or her in humor rounds and be at your boisterous best. There's no point offending your spouse and unnecessarily missing out on a few intrinsic benefits including your favorite dish.
Humor is universal and laughter is the best medicine. You do not need reasons to laugh out and as we have seen you have all the good reasons for doing so.
