This scam *really* infuriates us. It's probably the most common Internet scam which is aimed at entrepreneurs and professionals who want to use the Internet to promote their products and services. It leads to major disappointments, and it drains huge profits from thousands of businesses.

Care must be taken when choosing a home based business opportunity. It is easy to get tempted with instant money-making schemes. But don't be fooled. For instance, there are multi-level marketing schemes that do not even have any product to sell. Your income solely depends on the registration fees from new members. Obviously, if you have to pay for an upfront fee there is a great risk that you are being scammed.
