When one thinks of 7 passenger vehicles; they typically will think of a large car. While this is still generally the case, you might be surprised at some of the cars that actually will hold seven people at once. These cars today are made to be both family friendly AND have the visual appeal.

Below we will provide a list of some of these vehicles that hold seven passengers. Overall, remember that you are looking for a family vehicle and the typical car made for large amounts of people are: minivans, suburbans, vans, and other large vehicles. So, if you do not see the car below that you are interested in; maybe it can at least get you on the right track...there are literally hundreds of makes and models of vehicles that will hold 7 or more people.

Honda Odyssey: Best car for big families

The Honda Odyssey is a great reliable car with a big company name behind it. When Honda builds a car, they build it to last. So, while you may pay more for a Honda than a Ford or Chevy; you will get more mileage out of it.

Toyota Sienna

Another great car company has really made a great mini van for those families looking for a larger vehicle. The Toyota Sienna has won numerous awards and also looks great.

Below are some other vehicles that may or may not be a minivan.

Kia Sedona

This car is priced a little more family friendly than the above two vehicles and still provides great value.

2007 Acura RDX

This is more of an SUV style vehicle than a minivan and yes it seats 7 people. It has 300 hp and a v-6 engine.

2006 Volvo XC90

Volvo of course is well known for its safety standards and the way it is able to keep families safe on the road. Now you can fit all the kids in this great car. Look for the latest version at your local volvo dealer.

Chevrolet Suburban

Not a minivan; as some of you might like. This provides a little bigger presence and still seats the whole fam.

These are just a few of the great 7 passenger vehicles that are out on the road today. If you do some homework on some of the auto shopping sites online, you are sure to see a large selection of vehicles that are not included here.

In conclusion, just about any minivan these days will seat at least 7 passengers. Some will seat 8 or even 9. And then of course if you are looking for even larger vehicles; you can still find vans that will seat 12 or more. However, it is rare these days for a family to need a vehicle of such a size.
