How often have you hear a person complain that such and such is too hard? Or that no matter how hard they try they will never get there? It is unfortunate that if these are the thoughts which are running through that person's mind they are focusing upon failure; they may think that they are trying hard, but in actual fact their own mind is effectively sabotaging their efforts. They do not expect to succeed and therefore no matter how much effort the expend they are unlikely to reach their goals.

Contrast this with someone who says "I don't care what it takes. No matter what happens I'm going to do it". This person might see the task as being equally difficult but they have decided that it is simply not going to beat them. Their focus is upon success. They have decided that no matter what obstacles appear they will find a way in which to surmount them.

The way in which you focus upon something will dictate the outcome which you experience. The thoughts which you have create energy which motivates you one way or another. You cannot afford to give attention to any thoughts which transmit a sense of negative energy. Unfortunately negative thoughts can often sneak up on you and create a massive effect before you even become aware of their influence.

I am reminded of watching big waves as they roll up onto the shore. As you watch the waves roll in you see them build in size, and then a tip of white surf appears and the wave tips forward, rolls over and crashes down. And then another wave appears and the same thing happens. But if you were to stand in that surf you would feel the undertow of the water flowing in the opposite direction, flowing backwards from the beach into the ocean. The pull is felt beneath the surface, but this does not lessen its power. It sneaks up on you and takes you by surprise.

Underlying negative thoughts can be equally compelling. Reverting to the first example given above, if you do not have sufficient self belief than it is easy to give into the thought of "it's too hard". Your logical mind may well be telling you that if you work hard enough you will get there, but your emotions may be transmitting a feeling of despair.

To succeed in life your focus needs to be clear and aligned. By this I mean that your logical mind and your emotions need to be playing from the same song sheet. Your will power and your imagination need to be similarly congruent. If each part of your mind is playing a different tune, the outcome will be confused and extremely mixed up. Yet if all parts of your mind are working together a wonderful harmony will be created.

Hypnosis allows you to access the inner workings of your mind and to influence the undertow of semi-hidden emotions. Those who know about the undertow of the waves can find a way to avoid their effect. It is easy when you know how.

With hypnosis you also access greater creativity and can get your imagination to accord with your logical desires. Simply by using hypnosis downloads you can create a clearly focused state of mind and pave the way to the reality which you desire.
