Thanks for sharing the suggestion! I’ve been reading in conjunction with my practice, recently, and I’d like to share a book with you that might offer you some new insights. It’s called Harmonic Wealth and it’s all about finding harmony in your life in all areas - financial, relational, mental, physical, and spiritual. It has some really good tips about how to engage all five pillars (or areas) of your life, and to learn more about how they complement each other. Rather than dealing with each issue individually, maybe take a look at the bigger picture.
Here’s the link to that book I recommend: harmonicwealth.com/read

Thank you for the information Miz Helena. As I am diabetic, exercise is a part of the lifestyle I must live. As stress causes issues in diabetics, Yoga is a very useful form of exercise for us.

Hi Randy!
Thx so much for your comment.. thats so good to hear you also practice yoga.. for me personally it was suggested to me by my online mentor a couple of years ago and i havent looked back since.. i find hatha yoga or as its commonly referred to as “forceful yoga” when practiced regulary has the power to energise and destress me instantly.. i particulary favour doing hatha first thing in the morning when pranayama breathing control systematically helps with my overall physical, mental and spiritual strength.. i find i am much more relaxed yet alert and energised at the same time.. it really is a wonderful feeling.. and a great way to start the day!.. i highly recommend yoga for everyone.. esp people looking for a more gentler approach to staying fit..

Hello James Ray Enthusiast,
Thx for your comment, and your book recommendation.. Harmonic Wealth.. I regulary read about the “yamas” associated with Hatha .. in particular Kshama and Dhiriti (i hope i have spelt them correctly).. which teaches patience, love and focusing in the present and purposefullness, and overcoming fears and ambivalence respectively.. truly enlightening .. i have found Hatha really has changed my whole outlook.. in all areas mind, body and spirit and how they interconnect.. spiritually speaking it has made me much more tolerant, forebearing, slow to anger and understanding.. and physically more balanced, stronger, and assertive..
Regards,
Miz Helena
