Most weight loss programs involve restrictive diets.  This can’t be helped.  Only through proper diet coupled with regular exercise can a person truly achieve sustainable .

On the other hand, if you can’t muster the required level of discipline to moderate what you eat, you can still lose some weight by watching what you eat.  The following are 6 weight reduction guidelines for persons who just love to eat.

1.    An apple a day keeps the doctor away.  An apple instead of a snack, on the other hand, can prevent you from gaining as many as 70 calories a day.  Instead of buying a burger or munching on some donuts whenever you feel hungry in between major meals, chew on an apple.  It’s good for your health, it contains less calories, and  it also contains fat-reduction components .

2.    Carry a clean napkin all the time.  No, it won’t be used to wipe your nose of sweat.  Instead, use your tissue to absorb the oil in your food before your intake.  In doing this you can be able to exhaust a considerable quantity of oil, about a teaspoon per a   table napkin, and save yourself from acquiring 50 to 100 calories.

3.    Soup as an appetizer.  By starting every meal with soup, you’ll have smaller space for the main meal.  Soup most of the time has a smaller amount of calorie compared to the main food.  This can prevent you from acquiring up to 100 calories.

4.    Instead of eating fries, eat onion rings.  Same price.  Identical way of cooking.  Identical satisfaction.  Different calorie content.  Onion rings only contains a small amount of calories of French fries.  This can save you up to 60 calories per serving.

5.    Stop drinking soda.  a number of food just taste better with cola. Rather than getting the regular kind, go .  Diet coke, Pepsi Max… identical satisfying taste, unidentical calorie content.  Switching soda preferences can save you up to 300 calories everyday.

6.    Take a large amount of liquid.  Manage your craving through stuffing your stomach with fat-free liquid.  This is effective all the time!
