I really agree with the last paragraph in the post. While I believe that a lot of people have the most problems with starting a diet, it is also just as difficult to keep on the diet. With the introduction of fast food restaurants over the years and junk food being so easy to access, it can be extremely hard for anybody to stay dedicated.
But there are those that who go too far with the diet and expect everything to happen within a week of starting it. Sure they are doing everything that they should but there is a point where you can go too far. It is when you start weighing yourself everyday hoping to lose even 1 pound is when you have gone too far.
Wait a week or even two and measure yourself then. It may seem like forever, but if you have lost weight it is going to seem like a lot more of an accomplishment when the scale shows that you have lost 10 pounds instead of one.
