Moods are a result of an energy flow through the system coupled with a concept or an idea.. a circumstance arises in your life and your mood feeling is based on the reaction from your conscious and subconscious.. so if you are conditioned to react in a particular way to a particular event.. you will.. even if it makes your life miserable because you are always in a bad or negative mood

Moods are habits that build up over time and become so embedded in the mind that we believe it is just the way we are made.. this is a delusion.. moods do not run you.. you run your moods.. albeit subconsciously

At any time you can change your mood.. imagine the experience of being at a boring party and there is noone there you are interested in.. you are flat and having a dull time.. feeling lethargic and just thinking about how quickly you can leave.. then a new person arrives who is extremely attractive to you and they see you and you are also attractive to them and they give you the “look”.. suddenly immediately your mood alters and you are in top form.. grinning like a monkey and filled with ‘joie de vivre’ putting on your best face.. moods can be changed instantly.. the speed of conscious change depends on how much you have developed your mind and will.. but can be just as immediate.. they can also be created as desired

Moods arise as either a reaction to an event in life or as a means of attracting attention.. every person is a skilled master of mood creation.. even though they are usually unconscious of how they do it.. our minds are instruments on which we can play any mood tune we care to..

There Are 3 Steps:

1) Choice Decide and choose the mood you would like to feel

2) Imagine For one minute a day practice one of the moods described below or choose a new one.. close your eyes and either (a) remember a time when you had that mood and rerun it.. getting the feel of it once again.. and then let go of the memory and hold onto the feeling.. or (b) think of someone you know who has that quality and imagine yourself being like them.. imitation is the basic method of creation of behaviour or (c) if you can just bring the mood into your system consciously.. then hold it for a minute.. deeply imbibing the feeling

Here are some suggestions:

strength, kindness, confidence, calm, excitement, gentleness, friendliness, love or add your own!!

3) Regular Practice is the Key Practice this at least once a day for a minute at a time.. for at least 7 days and then observe how people comment on your new behaviour and also note how you feel
